The crypto assets held in the account are directly owned by the investor, who can track individual asset performance over time. Accounts are restricted to API access for trading with no rights to withdraw. We can provide free advisory for setting up custody and trading accounts if investor needs to set it up from scratch but we can also integrate our tools and codes into his already existing accounts.
Our Managed Accounts program is opened to qualified investors, but not eligible for retail investors resident in the USA, Germany and the United Kingdom. As the strategy invests in crypto assets and thus in a market environment with higher risks and volatility investors should have a corresponding willingness and ability to take such risks. Can your manage my existing accounts?
Like other certificates, Bucephal is issued with an ISIN number, making it a transferable security which may be booked at various custodians. Your investment will follow you in case you change your custodian bank.
Can you advise and help selecting custody?
We definitely can help you select safe and serious custody and exchange. We will also take care of the strategy implementation tools into the selected platforms.
What is a LPOA?
Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) is an authorization that permits a portfolio manager to perform specific functions on behalf of the account owner. The Portfolio Manager can only manage digital assets and cannot withdraw any security.
I am a wealth manager, can I propose Bucephal to my clients?
Independent Asset Managers can off course include Bucephal and Crypto exposure in their client’s portfolio by subscribing directly. If an IAM plans to invest more than 500,000 USD in the strategy we can propose a white label solution.
I am a US resident, can I invest in Bucephal?
No. Bucephal is restricted and investors from the United States of America are not eligible for subscription.
