what are the selling restrictions?
The sale of Bucephal AMC to non-qualified investors within the meaning of the CISA is prohibited. Bucephal shall be distributed only by way of private placement. The maximum number of investors is limited to 50.
Furthermore, Bucephal is not registered with the local regulator and is not publicly distributable outside of Switzerland and may not be offered in any jurisdiction in circumstances that would result in the Issuer being obliged to register any further prospectus relating to the Product in that jurisdiction.
Are there additional costs?
We cannot charge more fees than those officially indicated in the details of the investment vehicle prospectus . So there are no bad surprises.

How do I follow my investment?
Your investment in Bucephal will appear directly in your bank account statement and you will be able to download monthly report.
Can I change transfer my holdings to another account?
Like other certificates, Bucephal is issued with an ISIN number, making it a transferable security which may be booked at various custodians. Your investment will follow you in case you change your custodian bank.
Does Bucephal provide investment advisory?
Bucephal is NOT an investment advisor. For any investment or financial advice you must rely to your private investment advisor.
Can I meet with the strategy manager?
Dey Capital GmbH is available for any question related to Bucephal Digital strategy.
I am a wealth manager, can I propose Bucephal to my clients?
Independent Asset Managers can off course include Bucephal and Crypto exposure in their client’s portfolio by subscribing directly. If an IAM plans to invest more than 500,000 USD in the strategy we can propose a white label solution.
I am a US resident, can I invest in Bucephal?
No. Bucephal is restricted and investors from the United States of America are not eligible for subscription.
